When I smell Spearmint out of the bottle, it makes me think of gumdrops at Christmas time. When I put a drop in my water it makes me think of Spearmint gum. It tastes so good in smoothies and in brownies or cookies. This is our favorite oil in the kitchen!
Spearmint Essential Oil can also be used in a diffuser to help with
- Focus – we need it as most of us are at home working or schooling

- Nervous fatigue and

Topical use of Spearmint Essential Oil rubbed right into achy muscles can be soothing. You might want to dilute it with Fractionated Coconut Oil if your skin is a bit sensitive or if that’s how you prefer to use it.
Putting a drop of Spearmint on your belly button and/or drinking a drop or two in water can support your digestive system. Before you swallow it, you can swish it around your mouth for a natural mouth rinse, as well. Or you could put a drop on your tongue and swish it around with water. (It will be more potent this way.)
Make sure you put essential oils in glass or stainless steel because they do disintegrate plastic. We don’t need to be taking in any more toxins than we already are.
